Information we collect

• Account data: your name, email and password hash when you register.
• Listing data: details, images, location and contact numbers you choose to publish.
• Leads & messages: the name, phone and message you submit when contacting a seller or us.
• AI conversations: the questions you ask our advisor and the structured intent we derive, used to improve recommendations.
• Usage data: basic analytics such as page views and listing views.

How we use it

• To publish and manage your listings after admin review.
• To connect interested buyers with sellers, and — for Let'sMeet — only after both sides consent to sharing contact details.
• To power AI recommendations grounded in real listings.
• To detect spam, fraud and abuse, and to keep the marketplace safe.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not expose your contact number publicly unless you put it in a listing yourself. Our AI runs server-side only — your conversations are never sent to third parties beyond the model provider needed to generate a response.

Sharing

We share data only with the infrastructure providers that run the service (database, hosting and the AI model provider), and where required by Pakistani law. Sellers see lead details you submit to them.

Your choices

• Edit or remove your listings at any time from your dashboard.
• Request a full export or deletion of your account — see our Data Deletion page.
• Opt out of non-essential emails.
